Our Employment Lawyer Kiran Dodeja will be giving a talk on Employment law issues at the National Childbirth Trust play group in Chiswick tomorrow morning. The talk will be based on maternity leave issues and flexible working hours. Kiran being a mother herself of two children understands the obstacles faced by many parents whilst juggling a career with childcare arrangements. "Hopefully this discussion will be informative to working mums and indeed mums that are looking to go back to work. It is staggering to see the amount of women that are made redundant whilst they are on maternity leave. Women need to be better informed about their employment law rights. Employment Law legislation is there to protect women from discrimination within the workplace.
